What counts as a comparison?
A completed comparison uses one of the ten free comparisons. A failed or cancelled operation does not. Filtering, searching and exporting an existing result do not spend another comparison.
The 5,000-row trial limit applies to each input separately, excluding the header. A 4,800-row file compared with a 5,001-row file is outside the trial.
What stays limited after purchase?
Excel import has technical limits that remain after purchase: a 64 MB workbook, and a selected worksheet range of at most 250,000 rows, 10,000 columns and 5 million cells. The cell limit applies to the declared rectangular range, including empty cells inside it. These are Excel import limits, not CSV row limits.
Cached Excel formula results are read from the saved workbook and are not recalculated. Recalculate and save in the source spreadsheet application when current formula results matter.
Available memory also affects which files your Mac can handle. Lifetime access does not promise that every file size or workbook layout can be imported.
How does activation work?
The app verifies a signed license locally. After purchase, open Lifetime license… in the app menu, paste the complete license and choose Activate license.
Save the license from your payment confirmation page. Keep a copy for future activation; you do not need a website account.
